Up about 6:30. Bit of mail catchup, some web stuff, quick work-out, and then back to hospital.
Mostly very lazy day, really. Getting pretty firm "out of woods" feeling from hospital staff; just have to finish antibiotic treatment so that we can go home. Last dose is at 6 am Thursday morning, so we should be home by noon that day -- just in time for a bite to eat and a nice nap. We entered the hospital at 6:30 am last Thursday, curiously enough...
Rose is eating well, crapping well (totally nasty dark green slime craps), and sleeping when not doing one of the above. There's a window of about 15 minutes while she's waking up when she hasn't starting yelling "i wanna eat", where she just sort of looks around. Those windows are cool.
The two of us took a nice nap yesterday, her laying on my chest, moving around occasionally, making little noises to herself. That was nice, too.
S. and L. came for a visit and just hung out for an hour or two.
Came home about 9:30 or so, to give my parents a call and update them. They had gone to visit my paternal grandmother (Rose's other namesake), and she was quite irate that they hadn't printed out any pictures to show her.
After I got off the phone with them, read for a bit, then crashed.
